Vegan Plum Crumble

null

A little while ago Tara from Such Different Skies tagged me to come up with a vegan-friendly dessert. When I saw these locally grown blood plums on sale at my local fruit and veg shop today for $1 a kilo, I finally knew exactly what I wanted to do. My uncomplicated and imprecise take on a plum crumble yields a not-too-sweet dessert that lets the flavour of the fruit really sing. Tara, when you get home from your honeymoon, I hope you'll give it a try!
